"I had a prescription switched to Walgreens in Dodgeville because they said they had it. A few hours later, I received an email they did not have. I called to ask what was going on. A tech said no, it was not there and grudgingly offered to call another store and would call me back. I called Walgreens in Dodgeville to ask them to check Verona. The second clerk said they did have the med. Confused much, Dodgeville Walgreens? Then i asked her to explain what was going on, but second tech got downright rude. In the meantime, the Walgreens in Verona did have the med in question, but dealing with Dodgeville Walgreens was a s$@&show from start to finish. Why do people put up with this, when there are other choices in Dodgeville?"
