"Hire people with an IQ greater than 10. Your whole job is to sell and order parts. How can you mess that up? Then proceeds to not believe me that I paid for the part a week prior? Dude with the beard is a joke. Go literally anywhere else because they have no idea what they’re doing."

"I had to stop here to exchange windshield wipers I bought at another, I did not sign up for any rewards program so they couldn't look up my purchase. The young man was so kind to accept my truth and exchanged my wipers but at a discounted price, he put the wipers blade on my car as they advertise. I wish I could remember his name. He was the only sales person there and he made time for me and the other person in the store. He gave excellent customer service. I hope his manager as well as corporate know what an asset he is to their company."

"I called asking for a part was told there was one in stock. Of course when I got there they didn't have it. This is just the last straw in a long line of complete disappointments from this store. This is the WORST parts store I've ever had the misfortune to frequent. It won't be happening again. I'd suggest everyone avoid this store at any cost."

"I went there twice for a brake line sculpture art project I was doing for one of my classes. The guys were super helpful. Second some time it was an old lady. She was really rude, extremely put out about assisting me "She expects everybody else to solve her problems." No I expect you to do your job and provide me with customer service. Is She volunteer? Because if you are paying her please be aware she is costing you business. I am sticking to the one in Platteville, guy there had been a gym teacher. Super nice guy, super helpful."

"Most of the time I can get what I need when I need it. After my last experience I had to come back and change my review. My last visit I was helped by Dakota the store manager who claimed to not be able to locate the parts I needed so he sold me 2 that were close but NOT for my vehicle. Only 1 was in stock so another had to be ordered at a cost of $25.99 ea and I would have to return later which I dìd. Now that I knew the proper name for the relay I looked it up to find the proper parts for my car are available at a cost of $17.99 ea. So I called back spoke to a different employee, ordered the correct relays to be delivered the next day requiring yet another trip. I'm not saying Dakota purposely tried to cheat me with more expensive parts or that he's incompetent, perhaps he was just having a difficult day. I know I certainly was, I had to make 3 trips to get the correct parts I needed."
