"Being 1000+ miles from home and at the mercy of emergency services I had never anticipating needed, I cannot give enough praise to the service department at Hallada! The service manager was extremely pleasant as was the rest of the staff in the service department, especially given the fact that I had my Golden Retriver with me. They had me come in immediately and it was only hours later I was back on the road, even in time to meet the folks we had planned on schedule. They even helped unload the kayak and bikes off the Dodge Ram Promaster chassis! Everyone was very pleasant, very accommodating, making numerous phone calls to vet out what part numbers translated to what parts they had available. I will be forever grateful that the issues with my Winnebago Travato were fixed. Not even a Ford! (As if I didn't already have a fondness in my heart fort Ford, they sealed the deal now!).
