"I ordered photos online and they sent me a message when the prints were ready. The quality was good, I just had to make sure to edit the photos so nothing important was cut off for the size I selected. They even held onto the photos until the next day when I could go pick them up."

"It was a very frustrating 1 1/2 hours trying to use their computer equipment to create photographic Christmas cards. Apparently, the software/program was new and the employees were not trained on it. I've used Walmart photo center for a few years for my cards and this was the most difficult it has ever been. We'll see what my cards look like but who do I complain to? The employees are not at fault. Once again it's corporate!"

"Photos took a week to be printed. I was supposed to receive a call/email when my photos were ready, but never got one. I called to to check on the photos on the estimated ready date, but no one answered at the photo center, so I had to call the main store number. One of my photos had my son's head completely cut off...Won't order photos online through this walmart again."
