"Super hostile work environment. It seemed like it would be a really fun part time job and I actually really did enjoy what I was doing. The people and the management however, is what ruins the entire experience. There is a massive bullying issue with the mid shift girls that in my one and a half year experience, was never resolved. It made it extremely hard to work there, which for a low paying barista job that shouldn’t be the case. I truly encourage this location to look inward at how they work as a team."
"I'm absolutely in love with blended coffee!!!!. I usually get Vanilla or Caramel. I used to be Starbucks everything but I'll say Caribou is truly wonderful!!! I made the switch!I wanted to share an amazing picture I captured. This was my Vanilla Frappuccino! My friend had gone up and grabbed it so I didn't catch the name of Barista who made it but keep up the awesome work Caribou and what a great addition to New Richmond this drive through is! We will return in the future!"
