"What a ridiculous experience. Several employees working but none seem interested in helping us. Then when checking out, I needed to wait while the employee opened and ate their candy bar."
"Had to give a 2 star without even making a purchase, unfortunately. I came in to buy a specific pair of boots and I had them in hand. I tried to get two staff members attention and both turned their backs on me. This was between them helping others, but I purposely waited for them to finish with others before bothering them. I simply wanted to see if they had the size I needed, since they were on sale. I then left."
"Who pushes people away 15-20 minutes before the store closes on a day where sales matter a lot? People were still shopping and we knew exactly what we needed to get and we were told “you had all day to get here get out of here” in my opinion the store could have better employees and managers working there. The inventory is very low. Before our bad experience with the manager, we had noticed that JD stores are low on inventory .."
