"I placed an online order last week Monday for delivery on Friday. The order was for pre filled balloons, and a few other decorations. My delivery did not show up. Upon calling the store I was told "they don't have my order". I had already paid for this and had the confirmation email. The store manager kept telling me there was nothing they could do. I went in and showed them my confirmation email and asked them to work with me so I could still have the delivery for my event. They responded with "we are busy" ans refused to squeeze me in even after showing them my confirmation email. They also told me they were unable to refund me for the order I did not receive!!! I had to purchase a bunch if items and fill the balloons on our own, this ended up costing more as I had to purchase a ridiculously expensive helium tank!!! I am very disappointed with the level or service I received. The staff was very rude about my issue and refused to help rectify the situation."
"The place was clean and well organized. However, the forced, scripted customer greeting is pitiful. I came a half hour before close to pick up an item quick and the LONE employee in an empty store "welcomed me to the party". It made me feel un-comfortable and sad. What's next, clown noses? Maybe if you allowed your staff a shred of integrity, you would have more than one person manning the store."
"Always stocked and great friendly helpful staff. I get a lot of party supplies here as well as birthday party balloon bouquets. The staff is always super helpful and it’s great they have the perfect option to have balloons and party supplies delivered to the party. I usually place my order the week of and choose my delivery timeframe. One thing you don’t expect for them to have is seasonal holiday decor. I was pleasantly surprised with their cute it was and at reasonable price points."
