"I bought a refrigerator end of October beginning of November, the fan and compressor went out. Called to have them come look at it. They said they could come that day or the next the didn’t know, asked for a better time frame since most of us work said he’d give a call back and I never heard back from them."

"They have come to our home and looked at our washer and dryer. They had to be replaced and they were great to deal with. We bought used washer and dryer from them. They took away the old ones away. The only problem we have had is getting a hold of them. We are having problems with our dryer we bought from them and haven't been able to get a hold other to see if they can fix it."
"Bought a washer from A-1 Appliance. It leaked on the very first load, flooding half my home. Returned it as it has a “6 month warranty”. 2 weeks later I got it back and it still leaked. They’ve promised to replace it but it’s been over 4 months and I’m out my hard earned cash. This business is getting away with taking advantage of hard working people by selling them broken appliances and turning their backs on their customers and the community. Don’t waste your time or your money by doing business with them."
"Horrible experience. We bought our washer and dryer from them. The washer stoped working. They came and ‘fixed’ it. It’s broke again and they don’t seem to want to honor their warranty. We call they don’t answer or they do, set up a time to check it out and then no show. I’m truly surprised they are still in business. Avoid at all costs ! They will not honor a warranty like they should. They don’t seem to care about keeping loyal customers or their own reputation."
