"WHERE HAVE THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE??? I have used this place for my used appliances needs throughout the years, I have NEVER had the experienced I have had today, I purchased a used washer on Fri asked when is the soonest they could deliver was trying to give as a christmas gift, the new young lady with rude tone, "stated ," she could get it out to me on Sat between 9-2", I waited patiently(all day) called them around 1:40 pm on Sat, because I know they close at 2, didnt even let me talked, stated, "their delivery guy was elsewhere", (understands could be busy due to christmas in few days) and would be there after 2 but before 3, again waits NO SHOW, NO CALL, Shop will be close for next several days,(still waiting) Did she not have time to call and let me know there would be a delay in my delivery??? UPDATE HERE: place open at 9 on Tue, I stilled waited a little over a hour, called them, rude tone , young lady asked " did I receive a call" NO!! IF YOU GUYS WERE CLOSED, WHO WOULD CALL??? Told me , (Not Sorry for the delayed delivery) "it will be delivered today", (ok) with slight attitude, So I say, what time?? (mind you it's 1045) 11-3, delivery calls , abt 1245, we are 5 mins away, ok, Service with an ATTITUDE!!! (why? didn't have an attitude when you guys took my form of payment) May have to start looking elsewhere for my used appliances."

"Bought a washer from here and it was having some issues and they came and replaced it with a different one and it's been working great ever since. Outstanding service. Answered all my questions. Good prices."

"UPDATE 1/23/2021 Our original purchase was made on 1/30/2020 and we purchased the 1 year warranty for $50.00 The machine failed mid December 2020 and it took APS Appliances until January 21, 2021 to rectify the problem! AN ENTIRE CALENDAR MONTH!!! And their customer service skills are in the toilet. Just because this company sells used (recycled/refurbished) appliances doesn't give them the privilege to use vulgar language in their conversation a with their customers. And, the "Warranty" is not in print and provided to the customer contrary to federal law. So, it's subject to the store's interpretation at that point in time. BUYER BEWARE!!! Original review> I realize this is a Used Appliance Store, but take some pride in your business! It was our experience that as a consumer, you better know what you are shopping for because the staff can't tell you. We had questions about the features of the item we were interested in but they couldn't answer them. All they could tell us was about the repairs that had been done to get the item on the floor along with the cost and delivery date. We had to Google everything else for ourselves. Plus, we came out smelling like cigarettes. The employees are smoking in the store/shop, which is not allowed in WI. As for the machine we did purchase, it seemingly was a good purchase; working well about 3 weeks in as of the posting of this review."
