Taco Bell

"I went through the drive through tonight around 1am as I work third shift and my options are slim for food at this time. The lady who answered had an attitude and told me they would only serve regular tacos so I asked if nachos were available because they have the same toppings as the regular tacos. She replied super short and blunt “no. Regular tacos only”. I was annoyed so I just ordered two Baja blasts and left. I took a sip and she gave me diet instead. Horrible experience. I work long hours too I get it but I didn’t do anything to make her talk to me like that or give me diet out of spite. Won’t be returning to this location."

"I want to call corporate how bad our experience was and all. The food was horrible and absolutely cold. I had a special order and they unable to read the order appropriately where I had to ask for them to remake it. We waited from 524 pm to 540 pm to get not fresh food in dine in as dine in chop liver as no way on kiosk to say fresh order. Fast food should be fast always with the wages more then regular minimum wage as they make more then some in the medical field. In addition to this, they want to argue that they didn't make a mistake and all. Customers shouldn't get stale food and non fresh food as no one loves or enjoys cold food as arguing with customers is highly not appreciated. You bring the concerns to them and wait so long to get the food finding out they threw the receipt out to disagree with the truth."

"A Thursday night after 10:30, went inside, looking at menu, finally told we needed to go to drive through because there was no inside register open, trying to order on inside screen, told we couldn't do that either. Then lock your doors as we weren't the only ones that went inside. Went to drive through and waited a long time for the person ahead to get their order taken. One of our people gave an order and was told we don't have that. It's on your menu. I haven't been to a Taco Bell in about 2 decades. Will not return. Food mediocre at best. Was not my choice but rather someone else in my group. Long, long line behind us. The one person we saw working inside was overwhelmed doing the best she could under the circumstances. She was apologetic and told us sorry a couple times. Do not know if this was unusual crowd for Thursday night. Long line around 2 sides of building as we left."

"I was going to bring it down 1 star because service isnt always great, but usually ok. Today the young woman at the register was very nice and pleasant, she wasnt rushing me through but being friendly and efficient. I refuse to patron the Taco Bell on Washington due to their lack of service. Ill be using this Taco Bell from now on."

"On behalf of everyone inside and the drive thru between 7 to 8 pm on 8/3, what in the actual f. I don't mind waiting a while, but 50 minutes in the drive through only to be missing items, items made incorrectly, and only 3 potatoes on the spicy potato tacos. Do better, or close if you can't handle it. My order was $11, and not complicated at all."
