"It was a slow day for sports and we wanted wings so my husband and I had the beer special and wings which are my favorites, the teriyaki and barbecue both. Had a side of tater tots and veggies as well that rounded out the meal nicely. BWW is my favorite wing stop!"

"Worst experience ever! I usually come with my family and have an ok experience but tonight was bad. I came in to have wings with a friend and order a 10 piece with two different flavors. My friend heard my order, which wasn’t hard to remember because it was simple. I told the waitress that one of the flavors was wrong and they gave me the hardest time to change it. The lady who brought my order and my waitress kept telling me how I was wrong and probably didn’t order right. My friend informed them that he heard my order and what I got wasn’t right. Then I placed an order over the app and it was sent to the wrong location. After that I called customer service to inform them about the issue with the app. Customer service sounds like they had an issue with me telling them about the issue as well. She asked me if I had any other concerns but before I could tell her no, she had already hung the phone on me. Not sure what wrong with buffalo wild wings but it went down hill."

"We’ve done online orders from this location 2 separate times only he last two weeks. Both times that have screwed up our order. When you call to talk to someone about it, you get an attitude. The “manager” rudely says, it’s not on us you need to call whoever delivered. It is literally your mistake. You screwed up the order and you’re refusing to correct and rectify the issue. They are short, rude and dismissive and take zero responsibility for screwing up the order including hanging up on you. I don’t know how this is ok. This place used to never be like that. Perhaps they need to screen who they hire better and make sure they understand they work in customer service and their job is rectify problems not pass the buck and deny it. Will never visit there again. I’ll go 10 miles out of my way to get wings next time. Pitiful."

"Walked in for dinner on Friday, 12/15/23. Despite having two kids and a stroller, we were seated in an awkward middle bar area booth. After about 15 minutes (I’m being kind because it was longer) of sitting there, a server who was also bartending came over. In that time, no one greeted us or even said “your server will be right with you”. My husband was waving trying to get anyone’s attention. So was the table next to us. And it wasn’t busy AT ALL. The bartender server had no knowledge of any drink specials or basically anything going on there; and she told me it’s because the managers don’t relay any of this info to them. Which is absolutely insane. Our food came 35 minutes later. All of it sucked, except for my husband’s tacos which he said were good. Bartender didn’t come back for the duration of the meal. The long islands were awful. I am literally a bartender who also serves tables in the bar area at the corporate chain restaurant that I also work at. The moment I see a table seated in my section, it doesn’t matter how busy I am - you are greeted promptly and I will let you know that I’ll be right over there shortly. It makes all the difference. I tried to give them all the grace and benefit of the doubt but this place is a literal joke. Do not take your kids here. Go drive to another location, or go eat somewhere else. You will regret going here. All the employees just standing around laughing and talking while people are trying to flag anyone down and they blatantly ignore. Like I’m literally mad I went in there and spent $70 on dinner. Never ever ever ever again. Get some managers on the floor to help regulate guest experience. Even your google rating is a joke."

"Coming here used to be an enjoyable experience, now it’s just a nightmare. I would’ve rather gotten our food order to-go, but those are usually screwed up too. We ordered food right away, yet it took almost an hour to get it, still forgot the tater tots so had to wait more for those. The waitress kept disappearing and was hard to flag down, even had to wait to get our check so we could leave. She made no effort to ask how we were doing, or a simple thank you when we payed, very impersonal. Dirty dishes from the appetizer were not taken off the table to we had BARELY enough room to eat our actual food, very disappointed."
