"I’m going to open this review by saying that I’m hangry because of this toppers location. For the fourth time in a row I’ve ordered delivery from this location, only for the wait time to be changed from an hour to 2 to 2 and a half hours. Last time at least someone from the store called to inform me, this time when I called to find out about it, I was transferred twice, and the last person I talk to wasn’t the most polite. No apology at all for the inconvenience and ended up pretty much hanging up on me. Will never order from this location again! I sent a DM over a month ago and then another one, and then another one, STILL no one has contacted me. What awful customer service!!!"
"I recently visited Toppers Pizza on 108th St. and was disappointed with the level of professionalism I experienced. Despite tipping 40% of my total bill, I was not greeted as I was leaving. I believe that all customers, especially those who leave generous tips, deserve to be treated with respect. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope the management can address these issues to ensure a better experience for future patrons. As for myself, I do not plan on returning to this location."
"If I could give no stars I would. We have had consistent issues with this store. Tonight was the worst experience ever. I called to check on my order, it was currently 20 minutes late, and was told it was baking and be delivered shortly. With this information I decided to cancel the order. To which I was informed the number I called was a call center and not the actual store. Only to find out the order had already left the store so we couldn’t cancel the order. Never again"
"We've ordered from toppers twice now and both times pizza was great! We appreciate the vegan options they have, but they have great menu options in total. First time we ordered we did delivery and they were fast and friendly. Second time we did takeout because it was faster."
