"One of the male employees that I spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude to me. Before I was even able to finish my question, he blurted out that he had sent my order “with a dasher.” Having been cut off and not heard what he said, I restated that I had ordered on the app, to which he responded by cutting me off and with “I know.” When I stated that I didn’t appreciate his attitude, he continued to raise his voice and escalate the conversation until I did not have any other choice but to hang up. I have never experienced such terrible service."

"I ordered a pizza around 5 o’clock got a text at 5:20 that the pizza was ready. Got there at around 540 and they said the pizza was not ready. Stayed there till almost 630 and it was still not done. Had to ask for a refund thankfully they gave me one but would not recommend."

"Ordered for a 5:15 pick-up and was texted at 5 saying it's ready. Needless to say, my pizza was cold. You set up a pickup time for a reason. The worker was rude,I stood and waited for her while 3 others just looked at me stand at the counter. She was in a bad mood apparently, she slid a pen and receipt and told to sign and leave a tip if I wanted to,and she walked away. I like their pizza, but the service isn't worth putting up with when I can get one of many pizzas available at restaurants closer to my home, never again."
