That was the 2nd time my order online or at the store had been canceled today without my consent/conversation. I am in pure shock at today's treatment! "Online tracker is a lie, it said it was ready for pick up, I got to the store ~10 minutes after that. They waited about 7 minutes to help me after I walked in, despite 6-7 people working there. And the pizza still wasn't even ready ready yet. I get you're busy, but there's got to be a better system"

"I use to get food here every other week until i got my order 2 hours after ordered (didnt say they were busy! 30/40 wait.) then completely burnt. I called and spoke to the manager he told me to text a photo to a random number, then proceeded to try and tell me thats how they are supposed to look. The tatertots were completely rock hard om the bottom the cheese ie brown … i still havent heard a thing from said manager. I also haven’t ordered from here since."
