"Great customer service as always! Same young gentleman that’s usually working was there when I purchased a few things for Christmas! I needed to return one of the items and it was the same gentleman working when I returned. He happily accepted my return per their 30-day policy no hassle or attempt to give me something like in store credit (I had a receipt). I appreciate this quick amazing customer service! Glad to see these amazing young people are still out there!"
"Bought a pair of shoes for my husband (and myself) while out of town. I was told there would be no problem exchanging them if need be. Could not find my receipt but had all the tags still on the shoes. Could not exchange without receipt or ( was told “or” at both East and West Towne Mall) an email that I used at purchase. As I did not use an email, I searched until I finally found my receipt. As I was happy to finally be able to trade out the shoe for one size up, I was told I had to give an email and phone number or I could not exchange. I said I was told a receipt or email. It’s policy to prove who you are the girl said. I did not want to give my email. They refused to exchange the shoes. I asked about people who did not have an email? The girl Said I could have just made one up! How would that prove who I was? You are now encouraging your customers to lie! Wow! I was so upset I was sick to my stomach. Will never ever shop there again. Was going to purchase another pair of shoes for myself after the exchange but walked across the hall and bought the same brand shoe from Tradehome instead!"
"Having these kind of people working in your establishment willl ruin Your business. I will never shop at journey again. Lazy, tired and obviously not over worked. I took the time to say “have a good day and the end of my transaction and the girl just stared at me. Asia girl with red dragon tattoo. All of this while a kid Latrell stood around with a hoodie and a mask on loooking like he hated life but needed money to buy a new video game."
"Cashier was friendly but you should probably have a system in place of making sure your shoes are correctly priced before you open. It's not my fault there priced wrong and didn't even give the price to make it right. Won't return."
"I was so relieved to see that despite so many stores having left East Towne, they are still here. Huge selection of Vans and I was able to find exactly the pair I was looking for. The employees working were really helpful and friendly. Thank you!"
