Buffalo Wild Wings

"We went here on Friday because Texas Roadhouse and red lobster had 55 min wait. Went to buffalos. Only 3 tables were taken and not a waitress in eye sight after 5 min finally came out and asked how many. Left and was gone for 5 mins. Came back and told us a 20 min wait. They need more employees and better management! Won't go back"

"Waited 11 minutes before I was helped at the pick up counter. Only 1 guest at the bar and 1 dining in. Finally once I was helped, they pulled my food out of the warmer. Food was awful! Would have asked for a refund but I used a giftcard and I never intend to eat there again."

"There was very little in the way of positive during our visit. We were seated in the only half of the dining room that was open. We then waited five plus minutes for our server to appear. We chose to order through him and not the app, which was probably the issue. Our drinks were delivered from the bar 15 minutes from ordering. We then waited 35 more minutes for one entree to be delivered. I asked the server where our appetizer was and his reply was "I don't know what they are doing in the kitchen." The rest of the food, and the appetizer, were delivered 18 minutes later. I am specific with the timing due to taking screenshots on my phone of the time because I sensed a disaster unfolding. Our remaining entrees were delivered without sides and were room temperature. Our second round of drinks were delivered after the second plating. It wasn't busy. There were four servers working half of the dining room. There was a bartender tending her phone. The manager was only seen twice. He did remove the appetizer after we asked our server for some relief. If you live in the area, make the drive to the Kenosha location. "I would give it no stars, but this is so disgusting. I ordered food online, and this is what I received! I ordered lemon pepper and habanero mango wings. The wings are hard as a rock, too. I wouldn’t recommend this"

"We went there for dinner. Walked in to get a table and was told there was a 15-minute wait because they only had two servers. (There were only 5 tables being waited on.) I said we would go to the bar and get waited on there. The bartender Benjamin was extremely nice. We placed our food order, and he told us they were a little behind. We said it's ok. While we waited for food, there was a lot going on around the tables. There were adults pasted out on the tables. Waitresses were nowhere. When they did come from the back, one of the girls was on facetime. Went to use the bathroom, and it smelled like someone was smoking pot in there. We received our food, and the potions were small, and the chicken was overcooked. Im a bit sad that this restaurant is going downhill. Don't think I will be going back anytime soon."
