"Far from impressed with their "Custom Quartz Countertops". We sat with the order specialist at one of their quartz desk areas and played the "Where's the seam" game as he bragged about how "Seamless" they are, as we placed our order. He was nice and professional, so the whole process felt trustworthy and comfortable. They sent the measurement company. The man explained that the cabinets had to be leveled prior to install. No problem. The install took longer than expected because the contracted company had a broken CNC machine. This wasn't a big deal. The day before the install we spent hours with multiple levels to make sure everything was perfect. The installers came out with a giant level and said they weren't level which was hard to believe given they were perfect less than 12 hrs prior. They shimmed one cabinet around a quarter inch on one side which is going to make the flooring install difficult since hiding a gab that big is tricky. They installed the countertop making a hole in the wall with the corner, which made the backsplash install difficult because the countertop was not cut correctly leaving 3/8th" gap between the countertop and the wall with a 1.5"x4" hole. Now for the bigger issues. The countertop is NOT level at the area THEY SHIMMED. The seam is NOT seamless looking and it the filler is degrading. The quartz is chipped weird on the edge and surface. The surface stained easily even though the description states "Quartz countertops are manufactured using both Quartz and resins that make the material heat, scratch and stain-resistant. Quartz has a great impact resistance, so it won’t chip or crack, and sealing or polishing is not required. The non-porous quality of Quartz also makes it highly resistant to germs and bacteria". The edges of the countertop is smooth and polished while the surface is honed and dull. I can't imagine how any of this thing could be addressed without a major inconvenience to us. I'm feeling disappointed in the quality of the product."

"Our first visit to Floor & Decor could not have been more positive! We were welcomed by staff as soon as we entered and were directed to Michele in flooring. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as we looked at the numerous options on display. When we found what we wanted, she checked inventory and coordinated with the Brookfield store to make sure we could get enough product. All other staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful as well. We will be back for tile in the near future!"

"Zach was great to work with! I had a box of leftover hardwood flooring from my last project that was more than 90 days old. I was worried based on other reviews that they might not accept the return but they did (for store credit)! Employees were all very friendly - we were asked multiple times if we needed help finding anything. Very pleasant experience!"

"I’ve been a pro customer for a little over a year now after switching my business from another tile shop. Absolutely great customer service until recently. My MK 101 belt driven tile saw died and I was in the market for a replacement. I had some concerns about a non belt drive saw and was informed by the pro team that the new saws are very good and quiet. I do like to look for bargains if I’m buying any piece of equipment so I picked up a Delta Cruzer for $800. Long story short after just a few cuts in a clients homes the home owner complained about the loud noise, even with me being across the house in a garage they could hear it. I never had a saw so loud! A majority of my clients are very well off and it was embarrassing. I took the saw back to the store hoping they would take it back. It would only make sense since I need a saw to keep buying tile. I would have exchanged and paid more for a belt drive but they don’t offer it. After talking to corporate, they advised me they cannot make the individual store take it back, however it would have been the wise choice to just accept it back to keep my business. The manager instead choose to loose all my future business. Not the way to treat a business owner. I will be sure to tell all my future and past clients as well as other contractors to not show at Floor and Decor again."

"Sherri is a great designer to work with! She put for us a palette of beautiful tiles together! Overall, this store is great!! No lines and plenty assistance! I wish I had more bathrooms to remodel."
