"Ordered through the Wendy's app from this location and they apparently just leave all the food out for anyone to take. The mobile delivery orders are filled through DoorDash, which wasn't clear during the process, and my dasher contacted me, well after the delivery should have been made, to tell me someone else took my order. So almost 45 minutes later I still have no food and needed to contact support to get a refund. The manager was totally unbothered that food seems to be stolen all the time because no one is watching it. Will never be ordering delivery from here again."
"Just got the door dasher sent to pick up the food. The first order they did not have. According to our customer service three people tried to pick up the same order. While on the phone to customer service, they hire dude shaved head walks out running of at the mouth about what our job is and how to do it. We took care of everything with support then proceeded following the new directions. The person who answered drive thru this time was really nice and supportive."

"Horrible service sent my kid to get food the whole order was wrong called to get it fixed! The so called manager was super rude and didn't apologize and then said bring back the food and the receipt, and wait in line again to get it corrected. He said his name was John and when I asked for his id number he said I can't have his social security number! Like this is who you have in charge! Get for real! You have a work id number so people know who you are, then he said he didn't have a number for corporate, they're not part of corporate but I had to go online to find the number for corporate! I literally threw my food away and said screw going back cause I was worried about them spitting in my food!"
"I would like to leave a nice review about the young man named Martin working the window. He was so kind and it was super late and in normally people are tired and not the most friendly, but Martin exceeded my expectations and he was the friendliest nicest boy I’ve ever seen. Besides, his gap tooth, he was the most beautiful man. Martin, I love you and I hope you me. Have a great rest of your shift and your third day. PS Martin deserves a huge raise."
