"This McDonalds has gone significantly downhill. There is no attention to customer service, especially to customers ordering inside. I waited 15+ min with a bunch of other frustrated customers. Broken kiosks, no receipts printing, having to ask for your food multiple times. The best way I describe this place is chaotic. The staff seemed very disorganized, confused and not helpful. I don’t plan on returning anytime soon."

"Jackie was one of the few who helped me. I'll be honest, I don't normally eat fast food but I was too busy and hungry to wait. There was a customer offering to purchase for a stranger who was unable to pay. Due to a technicality, Jackie bought the customer's meal. Smiles, laughs, GRAND CUSTOMER SERVICE, FOR ONCE, FOR ME IN A LONG TIME ‼️ This world can learn that a smile and little generosity can make someone's day. It really gave me faith, made ME smile too. Thanks and although I don't eat fast food; that's a fantastic meal on 83rd and Greenfield"

"Their single register was down so you had to order on the kiosk. Tried to order off the 2 for $3 menu and it would only charge full price. Also ordered a fish sandwich. The bottom of the bun was hard as a rock. The food came in a somewhat reasonable time. They said they were short staffed. It looked like everyone was working as fast as they could to try to keep up. No water, napkins, straws, etc available. The Happy Meal came out correctly. Not a good experience, even for McDonald’s."

"Bought a large fries with a purchase. $4.19 for a large fry is ridiculous. They were under cooked and mushy. Not even filled to the top. Quality of the food is down in general and the prices are sky high"
