"I picked up bagels this morning for the hospital staff I work with, this place did amazing. I was in and out in less than ten minutes, they got the order right, and the food was delicious. Very impressed and very happy. Thank you!"
"I came to Brueggers on a Sunday morning around 8:30. Food was fine, overpriced for the quality, but that’s everywhere these days. There were 3 individuals up front. 2 were making sandwiches, doing line( it seemed) and the other was order taking. She proceeded to tell us to let her know when we were ready and then promptly left her work station. We were mostly ready to order and stepped up, however, she had scurried away. neither of the other 2 employees filled in while we proceeded to wait for 6 min with a line forming behind us. When she returned, she let out a hefty sigh and hardly spoke audibly and just mumbled. There was zero energy and she treated us like a bother. I asked her to repeat what she said and she gave me a nasty look and spoke up, but with an obviously annoyed tone. I apologize for being an obvious burden, Brueggers. I won’t be back to bother you anymore."
"So i used to buy gift cards and you could load them onto the mobile app, now you buy gift cards and you have to go into the store to use them and you can’t tie them to the mobile app. Therefore, all of my deals that I have on my mobile app cannot be used because I spent $100 on a gift card. what’s the purpose of pushing gift cards on your mobile app if you can’t use them with the mobile app? Update. And then when using the gift card, they’re not able to scan your reward card to get credit for the purchase. They tell you to look at the bottom of the receipt go to a website that tells you to go to another website to enter in a 23 digit code. Most others have a QR code that you can scan and loads directly via the app. Their food is great. Their IT is horrible."
"Best bagels in the area. Staff is cool and helpful. My favorite is the everything with bacon and cream cheese. Sometimes I get a bacon egg and cheese with an everything bagel. Parking on the side or back parking lot. Get there by 2pm or you will miss it."
