"Placed a mobile order and asked for no room. When I got home it was maybe 3/4 full if that. Ridiculous to pay $7 for a drink that cannot even be made right."
"I placed a mobile order. When I went to pick it up I saw the coolest cup I was so excited to buy. Stood at the counter for a solid minute, four employees and not a single one acknowledged me. Now in the middle of a hectic rush I would be more understanding, that's why I do mobile order. However there were maybe three cars in like and one or two other guests in the store. RIP to the cup I'll never have"
