"I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni, deep dish cheese and a custom deep dish. When it was delivered, I got a plain round cheese pizza and two cheese deep dish pizzas. A 48 dollar order for a 30 dollar value. I called to report the discrepancy and was received by a kind representative who laughed at the situation and agreed that it was ridiculous. He said he had to transfer me to his manager in order to approve a refund. When transferred to the manager, she said that she prepared our order herself and everything was correct. When I mentioned the difference, she blamed it on the dasher and said that he got it wrong. How is it the delivery drivers job to hold the restaurant accountable? I called doordash after the call, and was told that if the driver opened the food to inspect, they would terminate the driver. This leaves just the customer accountable for the order, as if to say "be glad you got food at all." This is not customer service, this is customer dictatorship. If you want good pizza, go to pizza hut. If your argument is that they are too expensive, at least you're not spending nearly 50 bucks on 3 cheese pizzas."
"Today I picked up 2 Calzones from this Little Caesar’s restaurant! I’d been looking for a restaurant that served Calzones, and found out about Little Caesars! The establishment is new, well lit, and clean! The customer service was good. Most importantly, though, the Calzones were delicious! I, personally, ate more than I would have were it pizza! Excellent!"
"Ordered a Stuffed pretzel crust pepperoni pizza, got just a regular stuffed crust. Had 2 orders of crazy bread, both looked and tasted like some one just rolled up a sheet of uncooked breadsticks and jammed them in the bags. Also paid for 6 sauces and got 3. Other pizza we ordered was good tho."
