"The store has a wide variety of hats but I didn't think they were that cheap for an outlet store. The only worker we saw was standing behind a small counter, watching videos on his phone. He didn't ask if we needed help but gladly took our money."

"There are some new staff in the store since I originally wrote a review so I wanted to do a quick update but I assure you, the store is still more than worthy of a five star review. I am a frequent-flyer in the store and I have never had a single bad experience at Lid's. They have a constantly expanding selection of jerseys and a wide selection of hats for any sports team you want to rep!! By far my favorite store!"
"The guy who worked here was awesome. He had my daughter get a membership and explained how.it would save her money. He then helped her custom design three hats. He was so patient and incredible. He was easy to hold a conversation with and just an honest and a great soul. He noticed my daughter's self harm marks and told her he was proud of her being here today and not to be ashamed of.her tiger Mark's."
"Great place to find a hat that fits you and supplies with a great, designer look. And the embroidery has improved two-fold compared to last year's. The staffing is very friendly throughout. Their selection changes seasonly, but their best is brought out during tourist time. Visit often enough, and their hockey selection comes out. Their choices are spot on for each season though, so don't be afraid if they don't have it then-they WILL have it another time."
