"Staff was pleasant - pointed out a buy one get 50% off sale. Proceeded to buy virtually the same shoe in men's & women's (style 608). Didn't pay attention at the time but found they only discounted 25% off the second pair. Called the store today, talked to the manager, Ethan. He stated the 2nd pair didn't qualify because it was already 25% off. WHAT? We would not have bought the second pair at 25% off and none of the helpful staff was helpful enough to point that out! Ethan suggested we needed to come back to the store. Really? Drive 100 miles back? Very disappointed."
