"Recently the service center started scheduling actual appointments rather than taking everything on a first come first serve basis. I thought to myself “awesome! Now I won’t have to wait 4 hours for an oil change!” Psych. I had an appointment scheduled at 10:00am. It is now 10:54am and my car is still sitting outside, not even in the garage yet. What’s the point of an appointment when they’re just going to get to it when they get to it anyways."
"Don't expect to get out of here in less than 2 hours. Last time here it took 3 hours and I was 2nd in line. Complained to the manager who promised action, so decided to try it out again. Going on 2 hours now and I was 3rd in line. Pack a lunch, download some movies, and maybe even bring a pillow and blanket because you'll be spending a lot of time in the waiting room (see picture)."
