"I really only come here if I absolutely need a product and can't wait to have it shipped to me. The store is usually empty, save for an employee or two that tends to ignore you. This time there was only one employee, who was loudly talking on her cell phone while I was in the store, and continued her phone conversation while checking me out. In the half dozen times I have come into this store in the last two years, I don't believe I have ever been asked if I needed assistance, or even really greeted while walking in."
