The waxing wasn't painful and I LOVED the precision of the tweezing - felt like I was under the care of a surgeon (but without the awkward bedside manner or actual operation)! Ask Erica about water and make sure you have time to listen! She is incredibly knowledgable and passionate about educating people on the benefits of proper hydration. Beyond her competence and intelligence, ERICA IS SOOOO NICE! I felt so loved and important in her care. I absolutely cannot wait to go back for another phenomenal facial!"
