"Decently sized, well lit, good layout and well kept. Most mattresses far enough from each other to accommodate a manual walker or wheelchair, very clean .... wimdow glass clear and without streaks nor any fingerprints/smudging... no dust noted, no dirty grimey corners, floors clean and free of debris. Store is free of odors and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Probably 40 or more beds set up with various models by each of the different popular brands carried. Most floor models were queen size with a couple kings or split kings on show as well. Easy to read signs on each mattress set with model , manufacturer and price for every size of the set shown. Also had sets on different bases, smart bases, manual and power adjustable, remote controlled and basic cost effective standard base frames as well. Who says you cant get a cyber monday deal price matched in-store? You certainly can at this Mattress Firm.. So I was planning on purchasing 2 queen mattresses... one for my son and another queen bedset for my husband and I....for ours id done research and decided either sleep number or Temperpedic Mattress along with one of the really neat smart bases.... And I had already looked up the prices at temper pedic online. It was a better deal than Black Friday had been. I fully expected that I was only going into the store to check how firm or soft. I was going to want to order the mattresses from online. I had no intention of purchasing it in the store.... There were several customers and one employee, she greeted us and helped point us in the right direction while still working with those ahead of us.we were also provided with pillows to use while testing the mattresses....Ive been in sales and i know how difficult it can be to go back and forth between different customers all with different needs but Shannon was able to help everyone in such a cheerful and timely manner without making anyone feel hurried. She was very knowledgeable, especially in relation to the model/s i was considering. When I explained about the cybersale and showed her the items in my cart she was able to answer all of the questions I had about them and even better she said that they could price match in store even including the 0% financing option. A couple of pillows and sheetcover items were no longer carried but she was able to find us similar or better ones at a comparable cost. I would also like to point out that though the sale didnt take long it did run past open hours as we had unintentionally arrived just before closing.... since covid many places close earlier than posted hours and ive been to alot of stores where the employees make you feel unwelcome or bad for bothering them close to closing... Not once did I feel that way here.... even when she wasnt expecting us to buy in store she still treated us with knowledgeable service, courteous attention and she never once looked at the clock or seemed impatient. Shannon transformed what started as chore into a pleasant experience with a suprisingly positive interaction . Would highly recommend this location for bed buying and Mattress testing needs! 5 star service! Thank you Shannon!"
