"Hands down one of the BEST customer service I’ve ever received! For as long as I can remember, I always settled for a cheap $8 Walmart or Target pillow. About 6 months, I figured, (then) nows a good time for an upgrade $$. I went into this store not having any idea the different types of pillows there were. I was immediately helped by one of the ladies up front and was told that Martin, the owner of the store, will help me after helping another customer over the phone. After a few he apologized for the wait and answered every question I had regardin pillows and sleep (very knowledgeable man). He recommended a specific pillow for me given the my firmness/ softness preference, sleeping position preference, body type etc. So I bought it. I fell in love with it! I took it everywhere I went where I needed to sleep (hotels, long car rides, sleeping over my family’s place). Fast forward to last week. I accidentally left my pillow at my parents house and found it easier just to stop by “Relax The Back” store again and buy another one. As soon as I came in I got a warm welcome in by Martin. He instantly remembered me from my last visit 6 months ago! Asked how me and my family were doing. Genuinely cared about how my job was going. Very sweet caring man! If you’re looking for any sleep or back products, definitely check this store out and ask for Martin!:)"

"My mother who is 86 and had several Relax the back chairs ahe bought from Tustin location but she needed a new chair that could lift her. We bought great chair but she didn't think she needed the lumbar part. After a few weeks she needed the lumbar part. The order would take a while. Martin the manager called all the stores and was able to find that lumbar part in stock and drove 2 hours to pick it up for my Mom. Now that is amazing service! Thanks Martin"

"The experience was great at relax the back. Jill Wienstock was helping us and she knew her job well. I didn't know much about all the settings and what they're designed to do aside from sitting on the massage chairs. Some are designed for therapeutic reasons as others for just massages. This is a very comfortable and welcoming environment Jill asking all the right questions and not forcing you to get anything that you don't want, they just want you to be happy finding what you need. This made our visit easy to come back and decided which is the best choice for our needs and budget. I will always recommend Relax the back in Irvine to all my friends and family."
