"Encountered a rude staff (Jae L.). It is good to see that she is cleaning up the toy section but she should be doing that AFTER the customer finishes looking and the toy. My daughter was looking (touching) at one of the Barbie toys, but she took it away and placed it back in the "correct" shelf. She did this AGAIN when my son was also looking at one of the toys. This time she even made an annoying sigh sound. Don't take away toys that the kids are looking at. She needs to wait and do it after when the customer is done looking at them. I decided to leave the store and will NOT return. Very rude of this staff Jae L."
"Very disappointed that I couldn’t purchase a broken mug; I didn’t need a discount but had asked anyway along with some broken hair clips and the cashier told me I could get the discount on the hair clips but not the mug and I couldn’t purchase it because “it could hurt me”. I kept insisting I wouldn’t complain that they sold me a broken mug and I said if I hadn’t pointed the damage out I would’ve been able to buy it without anyone noticing the damage. Also the broken hair clip was sharper compared to the damage on the mug and yet they allowed me to purchase that. It didn’t make any sense and was just very strange. I hope this store or the company changes this policy because it’s really stupid."
