"Estedany Torres is the worst at customer service actually the entire store is terrible. The refrigerator I purchased last week had some damage when delivered and well let me just say I now own a brand new refrigerator with damage. They love to throw the problem to others instead of just taking care of the problem. It's " oh I can't do that just call the manufacturer or oh my Manger will call you or oh I have one with less damage you want that one." I mean really what kind of customer service is that. If yoy can even get someone to talk to they never call you back and follow through. Buyer beware before shopping here."

"the sales guy, Rudy was spot on. and the delivery time was great. they dinged the front during delivery but i could live with it. they did not have the parts for the water line that was supposed to be installed at the same time. second visit was quick. staff was pleasant and helpful. except for the few hickups.... i'd still buy from them."

I worked with both David and Lee over the course of 2-weeks, while I decided all of the appliances for our new home (including comparison pricing from competing stores). I went with Thermador for oven, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. All great products and was able to take advantage of manufacturer and store promos for great savings. David was especially helpful in keeping me updated with changes, electronic copies of manuals, and other assistance. While I did have challenges with the initial delivery, the Howard's team, including store manager, promptly address my concerns to my satisfaction, I highly recommend Howards to anyone shopping for quality brands at very competitive pricing."
