"I love this place. Liz has been my salesperson for the last 8 months. My wife and I have bought 2 table sets, 1 for the kitchen, drop leaf style, and 1 for the dining room, farm style. We also ordered a sofa and chair that we got to pick out the color and style. It's like going through a buffet. Pick what you like and they make it for you. The special order took longer than expected, but hey we were going through a pandemic so we understood about the long time. We also bought our bedroom set and new mattress from these guys. My wife and I are very happy with the delivery service, I highly recommend it for setup. We have been back just to look at what's new, and bought somethings from the new clearance area. Go take a look at what they have, you might be surprised to see something that you like. Ask for Liz"

"Friendly and helpful staff. Lot's of cool stuff throughout at great prices. Laid out with a designer's eye. Best part is that they are a non-profit and helping people furnish their space to feel at home!! I recommend taking your time to peruse the store to find some hidden gems!!"

"This place is not as good since it moved from it's Newport Beach location. The people here are very nice. Nothing wrong with the customer service. But the quality and selection of the furniture has gone way down since they left NB. Now at this new location, they source their sofas from it seems one vendor and they look and feel rather cheap. And they claim they have the same inventory as before but they definitely do not. As a random example, when they were in NB they had an overabundance of counter stools. Here, they have very few. At NB, they had a lot of different rugs. Here, not so much. At NB, I'd walk in and actually like the furniture and spend a great deal of time looking at the variety. At this Tustin location, both times I've gone in, I haven't stayed more than a few minutes. Nothing here wows me anymore. That's unfortunate."
