"Comfort Zone was a great buying experience for me. High quality furniture pieces, made in the USA, anything not in store they were happy to order. I went in 3 different times to be sure of the couch purchase. Rosie was so kind and patient. I was allowed to lay on the sofa bed for a long time (I am talking an hour or so) to be sure my bad back wouldn't be hurt by it. When we were finally ready to purchase I called, 1 minute before closing as it turned out, and Rosie stayed an extra 15 minutes late so we could make the purchase without having to drive down again. They delivered all the way up to Santa Maria from Goleta. Their delivery fee was $150, which included them putting everything together, and we live on the second floor too. I couldn't be happier with the Serta sleeper couch and sectional we got. I would highly recommend Comfort Zone for fair pricing, high quality products, and excellent customer service. I will be going back to Rosie for the bedroom set purchase when we can afford it!"
