"I ordered a rocker recliner Feb 2022. I was told it wouldn’t be delivered for 10 months. I was told since Covid, they were backed up. I call every 2-3 weeks and ask for an update. Today I was told they finally got a tentative date for the first week in December! This is totally unacceptable. They are having all these Memorial Day sales…..what a joke! Before you buy, ask about delivery dates…. I was told they wouldn’t sell off the floor, because then they wouldn’t have any inventory. Very disappointing!!"
"I'm joining the rest of the recent customers in recommending this store be avoided. We are now two months past the promise date on our furniture. I understand that things are difficult right now, but some simple communication would go a long way. Would only take five minutes to give us the status of our order. Meanwhile I ordered a few items from a different furnitures store and it was delivered that week! Signature will never get our business again."
"Unacceptable I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER I order a chair for my husband 7 months ago (Beginning October 2020) because he having back issues. Still haven't received the chair! They said do to COVID. COVID or no COVID Unacceptable! My son order a sofa in January from another company in Salinas they received there sofa in April.. I wish I would have gone somewhere else. In the future if customers have item/items that will be late they need to notify their customer gave them the option to cancel or wait....thats respecting future sales. G.R"
"Avoid shopping here! Ordered a couch 5 months ago and still haven’t received them. (Now my apt lease is almost over) Every time I call they tell me different things such as “your shipment is on its way” “Your shipment hasn’t been shipped yet” 0 stars! AVOIDDDDDDDDDD SHOPPING HERE! I asked for a refund at the end. Still waiting on that process too."
