"Not sure what has happened but I’ve loved coming here for over 20 years and my family and friends too… it’s so poorly run and unorganized and the best tasting tuna is even different in a bad way…. It’s so disappointing My husband just had a bad experience an hour ago and said we are never going there again which is so sad being how great it was!"

"Monarch beach market used to be our favorite sandwich place. Now their bread is dry, toppings are not fresh, they skimp on the meat and worst of all their service is horrible. They are rude and act like its your fault when they don’t make the sandwich that you send for. I will never go there again."
"No stars, this place/deli is the worst. takes way to long they get every single thing wrong even though its a check box format they are following. Ordered a 2 oz wheatgrass I got 2 2os shots of ginger cayenne. I ordered a create your own sandwich they forgot all condiments (dry) they for got cheese, pickles and they added cucumbers which I have allergies to. They attempted to make another and hand wrote down everything I asked for, guess what? No cheese, no condiments, no pickles, asked for a side gave me the wrong side. I get getting high as young kids in a deli setting but this is beyond, there is something wrong here at this location and if the front of house is this bad imagine what the kitchen looks like and cross contamination and uncleanliness. This was the 4th time I tried going each time it was wrong. Will not go back or reccomend."
