"This is the strangest layout I've ever seen! It just doesn't flow! No actual meat department. I never did find cotton balls and didn't see anyond walking around to ask! If there's a layout to follow, look at how Huntington Beach's is laid out!"

"What a terrible experience. I bought a lighter and they sold it to me for double the price even though it was on sale I didn’t notice until I was in the car so I returned, and I had selected no receipt in the self checkout lane so I did not have a receipt when I went in and talked to the manager, he looked bothered and did not want to do anything because I did not have a receipt. Thankfully a man named Bob offered to help me and he knew a trick where he can pull up up to five of the latest receipts, so I was able to get my receipt. The manager of course knew this, or should have known, how to help me, and as we were leaving, we also saw them get the man who actually helped me in trouble for assisting a customer in need. Other members laughed :("

"This is really sad and unproffessional. You have a manager by the name of Rick with 9 years experience whom I am relating customer service not being performed and he says he can do nothing about it. There is no one in the seafood department no one in the bakery department and you have one person in the deli slow as molasses while you have three employees chitchatting at the front. Cash registers and you have the manager playing tag with an employee. Who gives that type of service and has a customer waiting for 1 hour before he directs himself to the customer. I am a business owner and have ran a business for over 22 years employees like that would not represent my establishment. Rick is condescending and sarcastic in handling a situation which is so simple. This guy is terrible who ever made a executive decision to run a store is so mistaken on the choice of this man's skills. No communication skills that would justify his position there. Lost customer and will loose many more with that type of management."

"A must stop at Dana Point, CA to get your last minute snacks & drinks for the vacation in this beautiful coastal town. We bought the best tasting fried chicken at their deli, so fresh & crunchy just the way i like it. Sushi was in our basket too and it was so good! Ralph's is truly known for its great selection of fresh & good quality grocery items. Prices are always competitive and Management and Staff are very efficient and delivers good customer service. Ralph's is my go to store whenever I'm close to one."
