"I recently moved from Dana Point and one of the many things I miss is this little store. I have to admit that when I first went in, it was because I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to drive to Lowe’s. But you know what, they have 95% of everything I needed. And if you need to get an oddball screw or nut they are brilliant at that. The people there are so nice. They would ask me why I didn’t ride my bike. Dana Point Hardware is a place that makes living in a small town so much better."

"I went here on the recommendation of my dad who'd had great experiences here. I needed to complete a simple wood staining project very quickly but I'd never done such a thing before and had no idea what I was doing. I was in and out within 5 minutes thanks to the extremely helpful and kind women who were working. They advised me which things I probably wouldn't need for the project and they were right. (Always a good feeling when someone selling you something tells you what you DON'T need.) Also feels great to support local businesses, as I own one myself just down the street from this location! So I'll definitely be back!"
