"The old lady with the accent at the self-checkout stand has some sort of aggression or outrageously high expectations or problems in her personal life she takes out on her customers. Got apoplectic basically because I simply misheard her what self-checkout was working and which one was not. Not the first time she’s done it with other customers either. I encourage the supervisor to recognize these bad reviews and address the issue because their lack of response is making it worse."
"We quit shopping there and now go to Albertsons! It’s a principle thing! The fact that they charge for bags and Albertsons doesn’t. We spend $400.00 a week and now Albertsons gets our business."
"Once again I was overcharged after my previously clipped "digital deals" in the app failed to scan as advertised! Instead of $2.99, charged $5.99 & 6.49! I had an appt so unfortunately didn't study the receipt until after work! But the cashier studies your every move at checkout so why can't they also check this so customers don't have to return for refunds from the continued ridiculous overcharges? This time it's $14+!!"
"Employes are super friendly and helpful, but the ladies bathroom is an atrocity! Today (Sep 27th, 2023) the toilet had poop stains all over it and there was actually poop on the floor! I know it's not the employees fault but some disgusting customer, but please get a cleaning person to keep those bathrooms clean!"
"Iam so grateful for the excellent customer service from the manager, Vince and courtesy clerk, Tony. I forgot to take my change from the self checkout and upon calling the store, they informed me that they had my money and tried to get me before leaving the parking lot. It's nice to know that there are honest people in the world - thanks once again....."
