"This store has great hours, and a good selection, but it is the customer service that gets the place 1 STAR. The man with the beard that works there is LAZY. I was waiting at the counter for 2 MINUTES while he finished watching whatever he was watching on his phone. When he finally came up to the counter to see two people in line waiting, he had a terrible attitude. SORRY FOR INTERRUPTING YOUR FAVORITE MOVIE SO YOU CAN DO YOUR JOB JERK!!!"

"I have been coming here for years and I must say the woman and older man are a pleasure to deal with. However, the younger male worker here is a horrible employee with a horrible attitude. He is very unaccommodating, seems as if he does not want to be there, and is extremely rude. He alone makes me not want to return. I used to love this store."
