"Lines are always long. I ordered food at the kitchen. It was very good and the server was very friendly and helpful. Then I went to the cake counter. That server was also very helpful and quick. There were many options to choose from. The cake I got was a little stale."

"Just be aware that’s all you’ll get if you buy from the hot food. They really be skimping on the customers. Management was rude."

"I was racial profiled at this store on my last visit, i won't be going back to this store ever again. What is so cold about this encounter is that the guard saw me come out of the cashier line and he still wanted me to prove that I purchased my items. I'm like no not going to happpen. Shopping while black is real. I don't need to steal anything from anyone under any circumstance. Welcome to cardenas 2024. The company that training the guards need to do better. And evidently cardenas condone this behavior so I blame them also. I get it that people steal no matter the color , but don't be so quick to assume that all black people steal cause we don't. I am offically boycotting this store and any store that I paronize that condone this behavior. Also one last thing, what is up with the rotting meat smell in this store. ?"

"Clean. Well stocked. Good variety. Bilingual with American and Mexican products. Knowledge staff that know where everything is. Lots of parking and plenty of wheelchair accessibility."

"Did not like the fact my grand daughter and I waked in to purchase something to eat after picking her up from school. As soon as we walked in the security asked my grand daughter to leave her backpack on the floor otherwise we would not be able to enter. Really?? so I asked one of the head cashiers if this is how customers were treated. My grand daughter was not walking in by herself she had me walking in with her. Lead cashier said yes we all pay for others mistakes. I guess they had students stealing from them before. So I decided to go back to my car and come in with a large tote. Guess what? I was not told to leave my tote on the floor by the entrance. So unfortunate for Cardenas to treat their community this way."
