"I moved to Pomona 6 years ago and thankfully Stator Bros was located across the street. It became our regular store where I would frequently visit 3-4 times a day. I became close to the employees that worked hard on a daily basis at the store. I am a private chef and would put in orders often for our business as well. We spent tons of money at Stators and when Mike was the GM you could see how valuable he was. The fact you guys brought in a woman who is clueless on how to connect with the culture of Pomona shows how blind and ignorant corporate management is. My whole issue is I came in recently to buy a gift card for my mother. The checker rung the card up and when I got it from her I noticed 2 numbers were showing where the scratch off is. I then checked the card balance and it was $0. I've spent tons of money at this place and people know me there I have integrity and trying to steal $184.14 is not something I would do after being dedicated customer for years and knowing all the supervisors there. It's obvious things are so disorganized and the employees don't care about protecting the public. So I will gladly say Stator Bros will never get another dollar from me or my family for as long as I live. You guys need to get a clue despite the remodel you guys destroyed that entire store and the great thing it once was. Thanks for pointing me to the direction of Costco. Special thanks to Greg for always looking out for my daughter's with stickers. Patty, Eli, and Janet are also great employees and I honestly feel bad they work for such corporate crooks. "Shout out to Chad in the meat department. He’s definitely one of the hardest workers there. I want to thank Chad for always being so helpful and going above and beyond not only that, but he always has a smile on his face while attending to customers and myself. Every time my family and shop at stater brothers he makes it a pleasurable experience with his positive attitude. You can tell he enjoys his job. We need more people like him in this world. "My first time at this location. They were severely understaffed, or everybody decided to take their lunch break at the same time. A bunch of us who only had three or four items waited at least for 15 minutes on the "express" lane. I don't know how to let that stuff happen. Also, I was not asked if I wanted a plastic bag. I was just given one and charged for it. Now I also see that they charged me $7.99 for a 12-pack of 12 oz Pepsi cans! You can buy a 12-pack of beer for that money at Grocery Outlet! Seriously. The price on the shelf said $3.99, but maybe there was a small print saying that you have to buy a bunch of packs to get it at that price? I give them two stars because the meat and seafood counters looked immaculate."
