"My friends have been telling me about cryotherapy for a while but I just recently decided to try it. I found this lovely spot in Oxnard and I can’t get enough! Its incredible how much whole body Cryo has helped my joint pain and inflammation, I love the infrared sauna afterward, and am hooked on the Cryo facials. My skin is glowing all the time now! And if you’ve been living in pain like I have for years, it’s not a small victory to be pain free for weeks at a time! I’ll be a member for life at this place. It’s so clean and smells amazing. The staff is friendly and the location is prime! Big fan of this place to say the least."

"When I first learned about cryo therapy I was intrigued but cautious, not sure if it would be for me considering I really don’t like the cold. The first time I learned about it was around a couple years ago, I think I was waiting to make sure there weren’t any crazy stories about it being dangerous. Man oh man, I wish I hadn’t waited! I’m 46 and have some autoimmune issues as well as some beginning stages of arthritis. I wasn’t able to go the entire 3 minutes because it was freaking cold! Lol. I will work up to it because I will definitely be going back and I am making this part of my therapy, physical and mental! I felt renewed, like my insides relaxed and pain I didn’t even know I had was just gone. Candice was so helpful and answered all my questions. I’ve never been anywhere else so I can’t really compare but, I don’t want to go anywhere else. Cryo Wellness Spa in Oxnard is easy to get to, very clean and friendly, oh and the price is right! I highly recommend this location and the treatments."
