"Would definitely not visit again. My wife and I were taken into the doctors room and left there for an hour before being seen. They also only let one parent go into the appointment, which is an outdated covid policy they’ve kept in place for some reason. Would’ve appreciated a heads to that we wouldn’t be seen for an hour or longer. Felt like a total lack of concern for my child and our time. Not to mention, they still have covid face mask signs up all over the office like it’s 2020. Not sure what the deal is"
"Called around to urgent cares because my son was feeling really sick, this one didn’t have availability since it was very close to closing but the nurse on call who answered the phone was SO helpful and caring. He gave me signs to watch out for and things to do to help my son and just really seemed like he cared. This is super rare and compelled me to write a review. Would definitely visit this urgent care in the future when we have need to do so!"
