"Meh. Would not recommend! Got ear piercings here. They use a gun, which I was aware of. But it has risks and it is not for everyone, some peoples ears are sensitive and will reject it. So, my cartilage swelled up a ton (the earring is too small for the amount that my ear swelled up) and DO NOT BUY THE SOLUTION TO MAKE YOUR EARS "HEAL FASTER"!!!!! JUST USE NORMAL SALT WATER SOLUTION. WARM SOME WATER IN THE MICROWAVE AND ADD SALT, ITS WHAT WILL WORK BEST!! I called them to ask about the swelling and she said "that rarely happens, you need to wash it" like chick excuse me? I guess that's what happens when you let just anyone pierce ears. Save yourself the grief and go to a piercing shop"

"Rude rude rude rude beyond rude customer service. An employee there by the name of Oseries yelled at my children telling them they could not touch anything. She was so rude other customers felt enbsrrased by her actions. She needs to be fired. Shes an awful person."
