"Mady shared her hair salon service on Instagram. I tried reaching out and had no success. If you are going to advertise your service looking for new clients you think you would respond to messages. It has been crickets. Guess she does not need the business."
"I tried to get in touch with Mady through Instagram (she never responded), then her coworker who had to share her number with me since it’s nowhere to be found on the internet. I then texted her (and so did her coworker) to ask when she is available, and never got any response back!! How is that possible? I find that extremely unprofessional, and I’d never trust someone with my hair who doesn’t even answer to new clients! Just absolutely shocking. I took myself and my hair to Equino Salon in Del Mar instead and I’m sooo happy with my balayage, in retrospect I’m glad Maddy never responded."
