"I hesitate to write this because this is the BEST SALON I have ever been to - and that includes San Francisco, Malibu and San Diego county and I am afraid if word gets out, I may have to wait to get on their books :) The hair and nail parts of the salon are very friendly, very clean and run on - or close to - on time. The beauticians take their time...it takes an hour for my haircut and my pedicure and manicure unless I am booking back to back. My nail polish or gel lasts a long time and are carefully sculptured to my directions. My hair is cut almost strand by strand. I now have the perfect haircut that I was always told "oh your hair won't do that". on top of all this, their prices are beyond FAIR! The place is one happy family and I am glad be a part of it!"

"My wife and I used another salon for a few years. Started off great but quickly turned 180 degrees. New staff each visit, quality down and no one did anything about it. We were told about Polished Images Nail salon on Paseo del Norte in Carlsbad. Lesa Ho was recommended to us. What a sweetheart. She is very friendly, professional and listens to our need. "Wow, I was really impressed with this salon. Sheri owns the whole place, and is the best manicurist I've been to in a long time. She squeezed me in between her appointments as a walk-in with no notice, as I was out exploring my new neighborhood. She was professional, fast, friendly as we had a good conversation, and her level of expertise really showed in her quality of doing gel nails. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to get their nails done here, I will definitely be back."
