"It's never a pleasant experience to go through waxing salon but the staff and environment make a huge difference for me. My technician was so friendly and put me at ease. She also took care to try and make it less painful which is far more than many technicians I have had do. I love the little boutique here and there are so many cute items, everyone was so friendly and the little touches are there such as drink offerings when checking in for the appointment. These little things make a big difference and show me that a business cares about the customer experience. Am I excited to go back for my next wax appointment? Not quite but I'm happy I will be going here!"

I genuinely appreciated the comfortable silence. The lash lift and tint was the most comfortable experience I have had doing my lashes. She made sure to assess my comfort in each step.
