"We love this place. The staff is always happily pleasant and helpful. The store is exceptionally clean, stocked, compliant and secure. Shelves and products are merchandised and dusted everyday by the friendly Mr. George. From their $2500 bottles of top shelf 25 year old whiskies to fishing tackle, ice creams, chips, cigars, mixers and beach gear, this quaint stop is the place for last minute and quick pick-me-ups. Thank you, Surf Liquor and the guys, Bob and Mark, for taking care of my family and our great neighborhood for over the 10 years we've lived here."

"DO NOT RECOMMEND! MEAN/RUDE I parked 1h30min in a shared parking in front of this business. They towed my car and it cost me $400. There was absolutely no clear sign saying I could not park. There was a sign on the other side of the road but not where I was. Just moved from abroad for a nice experience a few weeks ago, that is so much money for something I did not even do. If this is the kind of hateful mindset there is at that liquor store has, I am NEVER going there. To avoid that in the future, I would recommend you put a sign saying CUSTOMERS ONLY. I am still so shocked that someone would do that. I get that you want to keep the parking spots for your customers but put a sign saying it, what you did is hateful and so unfair. I don’t think you realize how much money getting towed represents for some people."

"I went there with a bunch of cyclists, which a few stopped for a beer. One of the workers came out and was yelling about something, complaining about one of the cyclists. The cyclist wasn't doing anything wrong, so we all just pedaled off to our next stop."
