"This lovisa has one of the MOST disrespectful and unprofessional young lady’s i’ve ever met!! Do NOT waste ur time or money here, it’s truly upsetting and shocking how far the staff will go to make you feel uncomfortable and disrespected after spending money at their establishment. Today at 5:49 I was treated terribly, as i was checking out i asked the cashier that i wasnt intrested in a certain necklace, and she repsinds with “go put it back we’re u got it from”, wich wouldn’t be a problem at all, but her wording and tone was complety unacceptable in this situation. Another young lady later approach’s me in the store as i’m putting the necklace away and rudely starts yelling at me telling me that the necklace isn’t from the store and starts demanding to know where it from, i’m just in shock at this point how the staff can be this rude, and i tell her and point to the same necklaces right on the shelf were she later reply’s with “ok sorry please get out of my way”. This is an DISGUSTING and UNPROFESSIONAL way to talk to somebody! These young lady’s were clearly not trained right, as a consumer of products that has bin nothing but polite, it’s absolutely unnerving knowing there is workers that have the nerve to be this disrespectful."
"Just accompanied my adult daughter here for a piercing. The store manager is absolutely amazing, friendly, and detailed oriented. Double check the placement before the piercing. Also the manager did not pressure up selling. Absolutely a pleasure to shop at this store!"
"The staff were incredibly unprofessional! The lady who was about to pierce my friend’s ears told us last minute that she wasn’t trained to pierce helixes and proceeded to ask her coworker to pierce instead. Her coworker was unable to successfully pierce both mine and my friend’s ears; the backs of our earrings were stuck in the piercing gun and she struggled to get them out. She actually asked my friend if she could put the back of the earring on herself! This creates such a big risk for infection, considering that the piercing was fresh and my friend also wasn’t wearing gloves (obviously!). Do better lovisa!!"
