"My kids love coming here and even had their ears pierced here. I personal have nothing against this place. However they always have only one person working. The cashier is also the person who does the piercing which means of she is tired up, no one is able to check customers out. A simple purchase can easily take 30 mins. They should set up a self check out kiosk. Besides the frequent short handed staff, this store is ok"
"The staff are very friendly, and the store is really cute! However, there’s lots of little kids, and it’s crowded 24/7. The products are also a bit overpriced. But overall a great experience. Edit: A while back, I got my ears pierced here. The person who did my piercing was really kind, and she sanitized everything and followed procedures correctly. However, the store was quite short staffed, and she was the only staff there. So we had to wait a long tome to get a piercing."
